Fantastic 4 Bed House in Sidcup, Kent (be quick on this one!)

March 2012 in Sidcup, Kent.

Press Released:

Jon, the owner of a fantastic 4 bedroom semi detached house in Sidcup, Kent is choosing a new radical approach to selling a house. He is advertising on the new website, which is absolutely free.
This technique of private house sale has been very popular in the US in recent years and the practice is starting to take off here in the UK.
Given the choice of an Estate Agent sale with their commission rates, or a Private Sale via HouseRefer with no commission, its easy to see why this seller has gone to HouseRefer.

Seller chooses new property portal HouseRefer to go it alone!
Seller chooses new property portal HouseRefer to go it alone!

Jon has uploaded all the information about his house, including photographs and floor plans, onto the HouseRefer website. The amount of information you can upload with regard to your property is very high. The site allows the uploading of a large quantity of photographs.
To see more of his property which is currently (as of March 2012 – this could be subject to change of course!) on the market at 375,000 GBP, head over to the website:

The description he has chosen to upload is
“Large 4 bedroom semi detached house with large lounge, separate dining room, modern kitchen, large garage and office. Within the catchment area of great local schools and near great transport links. 2 bathrooms.”

“This large extended house benefits from a large through lounge leading to the dining room with patio doors to a large decked area of the garden. The dining room leads to the kitchen that in turn leads to a hardwood conservatory.
The house is fitted with UPVC double glazing, gas central heating [British Gas maintained] and a burglar alarm.
The large garage is fitted with ample storage, hot and cold water and even a telephone point.

Beautiful sunshine in the UK

Over the last few days we have seen some wonderful weather here in the UK. For those of you selling or advertising your property for sale or rent etc, then this is an ideal opportunity to get out there and take some glorious pictures of your home.

A great looking set of photographs of your property can show it off much more than a dreary set taken on a grey day.

So, nice pictures with a glorious blue sky background will help to attract potential buyers or tenants. Once you have taken your snaps, make sure you resize them properly for the web and upload all of them onto !!

It’s all these little things that will help you sell or rent in today’s market. First impressions still count, even today.

While it is such a nice day in the garden, then why not get out there and spruce it up a bit?

Making the gardens look great is a welcome sight for potential viewers. It won’t take long to do a bit of weeding and plant a few flowers, making it look very welcoming.

Visit for more information and tips.
